DAV Public Schools , Muzaffarpur Zone: Redefining Education…….

Regional Directorate, DAV Public Schools,  Muzaffarpur Zone came into existence in the month of July 2013 under the dynamic leadership of  Shri S.K. Jha, Assistant Regional Director cum Principal with its Zonal Headquarter at DAV Public School, Darbhanga Road, Bakhri, Muzaffarpur.

From the very beginning of its existence the zone started accelerating in every field; academic, infrastructural, financial discipline, C.C.A. activities etc. Besides giving top priority to academic improvement the zone has shown noticeable growth in infrastructure development. Most of the schools have installed Smart Classes, CCTV cameras, R.O. Machines for providing safe & purified drinking water to the students, purchased new buses for carrying students etc.. Libraries and Laboratories (including computer labs.) have been equipped with.  Computerization of fee system, office, examination sections etc. are the other features of development.

A.  Growth of No. of Schools: Initially the zone was started with 21 schools under its umbrella which increased to 25 till December, 2015. It spreads its wing in entire North Bihar to South Sikkim. 

B.  Growth of No. of Students: The student strength of the zone was 34,000 (approx.) in the year, 2013 which was increased to 36000 (approx.) in the year, 2014 and  39000 (approx.) in the year 2015. On and average every school maintains about 2000 students as its strength. 

C. Growth of No. of Staffs employed: Number of employees have also been increased accordingly i.e. about 1500 in the year, 2013, about 1800  in the year 2014 and about 2000  in the year 2015. 

D.  Increasing standard of Academics: Increasing QPI of the zone indicates the total dedication and team work on to maintain the standard of academics:

Result Analysis of AISSCE: The zone is showing awesome improvement in Sr. Secondary Result of Science Stream of the CBSE conducted Examination known as AISSCE.

Result analysis of Competitive Examinations: A number of students are admitted in the professional colleges such as IITs, NITs, AIIMS, BHU, AFMC, etc each year and the same keeps on increasing year to year. It is an example that how sincere we are about our future generation.
